Common questions
- What's the difference between a basic and full service?
- A basic service covers oil, filter and the essential safety checks. A full service goes right through the car — brakes, suspension, cooling, belts and everything in between.
- How often should I service my car?
- Every 10,000 km or once a year for most cars, whichever comes first. We'll let you know when yours is due.
- Do you service Japanese imports?
- Yes, we see them every day. Most of the cars on Auckland roads are imports.
